A shared daily log of meals, behaviors and notes that supports the treatment team's plan.
No password needed. New here? The same email creates your account.

The log never stores names, birth dates or health card numbers; the person in recovery is only a random code. You can use an account without email (username and password). If you use email, it is only used for signing in once you've confirmed it, and is not shown to other members. Every view, download and change is recorded in an access log that the log's admins and auditors can review. With an email account the data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous. If a clinic uses this, health privacy law (such as PHIPA in Ontario) may still apply, so check with the clinic's privacy officer.
Start a new log, or join one that someone shared with you.
Someone on the care team can create a code for you in their Team tab.
For a caregiver setting things up. You become the log's admin and can invite other caregivers and the clinical team. The person in recovery gets a random code instead of a name.
Laid out like the team's meal record form, one column per day. Scroll sideways for more days.
Caregivers can log. Clinicians see everything but can't change entries.
Each code works once and expires after 7 days. Share it however you like; it only gives access after the person signs in.
Auditors (e.g. a clinic's privacy officer) see the access log but none of the health data.
Saved to your account and used on all your devices.
The free hosting plan has no automatic backups. Download a copy now and then.
This app has no calorie or weight fields on purpose. Those numbers stay with the treatment team.
Every view, download and change of this log: who, what and when. Entries can't be changed or deleted, and are kept for 10 years.
This log supports the treatment plan; it does not replace the team. For urgent concerns call the treatment team, 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), or 911.
